GENERAL OVERVIEW

Crown and Cape Productions LLC provides pageant experiences designed to promote confidence, character, poise, and personal development in a positive and encouraging environment. Our events celebrate inner beauty, individuality, and age-appropriate presentation.

Participation in any Crown and Cape Productions LLC event constitutes full agreement to the following rules, policies, and disclosures.

ELIGIBILITY

Crown and Cape Productions LLC pageants are designed as a confidence building experience specifically for girls. All participants must meet the age requirements outlines for each division at the time of the event.

PARTICIPANTS MUST

Be of good character

Demonstrate respectful behavior toward others

Follow all event guidelines and expectations 

Crown and Cape Productions LLC reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at its sole discretion for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or not aligned with the values of the organization.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All contestants, parents/guardians, and attendees are expected to:

Demonstrate good sportsmanship

Treat all participants with kindness and respect

Refrain from bullying, harassment, or negative behavior

Follow directions from event staff

Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification without refund.

REGISTRATION & FEES

All entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Crown and Cape Productions LLC.

Fees may include optional add-ons (such as photogenic or talent categories).

Registration is not considered complete until payment is received in full.

Crown and Cape Productions LLC reserves the right to reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

JUDGING & SCORING

Judging is based on a combination of criteria which may include:

Confidence and stage presence

Poise and personality

Overall presentation

Interview responses (where applicable)

All judging decisions are final and not subject to dispute. Scores and feedback are confidential.

AWARDS & TITLES

Titles and awards are granted at the discretion of the judges and may include division winners and special awards.

Titleholders are expected to:

Represent Crown and Cape in a positive manner

Uphold the values of confidence, character, and integrity

Crown and Cape Productions LLC reserves the right to revoke any title due to misconduct or misrepresentation.

ATTIRE & PRESENTATION

All contesetants must present themselves in an age-appropriate and tasteful manner.

Crown and Cape Productions LLC reserves the right to request changes to attire deemed inappropriate for the event.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By participating, contestants and their parent/guardian grant Crown and Cape Productions LLC permission to:

Photograph and record video during events

Use images, likeness, and recordings for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes

No compensation will be provided for such use.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in pageant events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, stage-related injuries, or other unforeseen incidents.

By registering, participants and their parent/guardian:

Assume all risks associated with participation

Release Crown and Cape Productions LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, and venue from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses

HEALTH & SAFETY

Participants agree:
They are physically able to participate

To follow all safety instructions provided

To notify staff of any medical concerns

EVENT MODIFICATIONS

Crown and Cape Productions LLC reserves the right to:

Adjust schedules

Modify categories

Combine divisions if necessary

Make changes to ensure event success and safety

All titles, themes, and branding are original and created for the purpose of this event.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

Participation in the pageant does not guarantee placement, titles, awards, or future opportunities.

AGREEMENT

By registering for any Crown and Cape Productions LLC event, participants and their parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all rules, policies, and disclosures outlined above.
